Highest Unemployment by State:
- Michigan — 11.6%
- South Carolina –10.4%
- Rhode Island — 10.3%
Lowest Unemployment by State:
- Wyoming — 3.7%
- North Dakota — 4.2%
- Nebraska — 4.3%
