Highest Unemployment by State:

  • Michigan — 11.6%
  • South Carolina –10.4%
  • Rhode Island — 10.3%

Lowest Unemployment by State:

  • Wyoming — 3.7%
  • North Dakota — 4.2%
  • Nebraska — 4.3%
